Once the material swatches and hardware are approved, we proceed with the prototype construction. Minor adjustments—such as strap length or internal pocket placement—are possible at any stage prior to assembly. However, once the patterns have been cut into the leather or fabric, major structural alterations are no longer possible. Any significant changes requested after the cutting stage will require a complete remake of the piece.

In case the buyer needs any checking of their product, directly or indirectly, they have full right to do the same with prior intimation of 12–15 days in advance.

200 Pcs Per Style Per Colour (We Can Split Into Maximum 2–3 Styles). In Case Anyone Wants To Order Less Quantity, There Will Be An Upcharge Of 25% Of The Total Amount Value.

It is always an ongoing process. We develop approximately 30–40 styles on a monthly basis and update our customers by mail.

We update all our customers one month prior to the exhibition dates wherever we are participating and showcase our new collection.

All goods shipped from Fashionite are thoroughly checked and inspected before shipping. Also, in case the quality is not up to the mark, we will give 100% credit to the buyer against future purchases or we will remake the goods and send them on a prepaid basis.

Wish to inform you that there might be a variation of plus or minus 5% in the total quantity, as these are handmade goods.

Our production capacity is 12,000–15,000 pcs per month and our peak season is Nov–Dec.

Oct and Nov have a lot of holidays in India due to the Diwali and Eid festivals.

Fashionite will provide you the video for all styles regarding sampling and orders, which has to be followed.

After submission of the PP sample, only minor changes are acceptable, such as size adjustments or minor increase/decrease in embroidery with slight alterations. Base colour changes and quantity changes are not possible, as the goods are already prepared. We will not start CSF until comments are received from the buyer’s end.

Fashionite has a joint venture with 4 factory partners. Please let us know in advance in case you need any compliance certificate.

It is against our company policy to get work done through any child labour or any person below 18 years of age. In fact, we do not allow anyone below 18 years to enter our office.

All buyers are requested to inform Fashionite prior to placing the order so that the 3rd party inspections can be carried out smoothly as per buyer / 3rd party requirements.

All bags made at Fashionite are handmade bags and the nature of the bags is delicate. Therefore, we provide an extra pouch containing raw materials like sequins, beads, and buttons with each piece so that no inconvenience is caused to the final user.

Once we receive the order, we will make a video for each style based on our understanding and send it back to the customer for approval so that we are 100% on the same track. This process will take a minimum of 3 days after receipt of the order for bulk / sampling.

All goods shipped from Fashionite are thoroughly checked and inspected before shipping. Also, in case the quality is not up to the mark, we will give 100% credit to the buyer against future purchases or we will 100% remake the goods and send them on a prepaid basis.

All trims (wash care, size labels, tags) will be provided by the buyer. In case the buyer wants to develop them in India, we will need a sample for the same, and the actual charges will be added to the final invoice.

For all existing customers, Fashionite keeps offering various kinds of offers. Please contact us separately prior to placing the order to avail the various promotions offered by Fashionite.

Upon receipt of the order, Fashionite will share an Excel format along with pictures of the ordered styles, stating the composition for upper and lining fabric.

We Have a Corporate Rate With Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla Situated in the Heart of Delhi, and the Rate Offered to Us Is corporate rate Including Taxes and Breakfast. Regarding the Weather, We Will Be More Than Happy to Update You by Mail Prior to Your Visit.

Fashionite has a fleet of cars and drivers available in the company. We request you to update us with your travel plans and we will be more than happy to arrange the pick-up to and fro from the airport.

Courier and shipment tracking details will be updated to you within 24 hours after dispatching the same from our premises.

Generally, we take care of the box marking and the items mentioned on the box marking are Fashionite address, buyer address, box number, item description, and quantity inside the box. In case you need any special marking, please update us at least 15 days prior to the shipment.

In case you like any original sample from the Fashionite showroom and want to borrow it for approximately 7–10 days, please feel free to do so. Please note that the courier charges / courier account used will be the buyer’s account.

Once the goods are shipped and received by the buyer, we request you to share your valuable feedback with us by email, which will help us improve our future deliveries and rectify existing mistakes.

Our PI format is uploaded in this link. In case you have your own PI format, please do share it to enable us to forward the PI accordingly. Also, if you want us to prepare it in your language as well, please update us in advance.

PI Format

Generally, Fashionite has its own style codes, but in case you would like to create your own style numbers, please update us at the time of placing the order.

Wish to inform you that all our documents created from Fashionite are duly stamped and signed. In case any documents are not signed and stamped, please disregard the same.

Also, wish to inform you that we have only one banker for all inward payments, i.e. IDFC Bank, Rajouri Garden Branch, India. In case you transfer the funds to any other account, Fashionite will not be responsible for the same.

PP samples are sent to customers prior to bulk production, and Fashionite shares the pictures before dispatching the PP samples. Once the PP samples are dispatched, they contain the spec sheet of the ordered piece.

All the samples are dispatched on the buyer’s courier account. In case the buyer does not have a courier account, we can send them through the Fashionite account and the charges will be added as per actuals in the final invoice.

It is our company policy that we charge a one-time extra cost for the sample, which will be refunded against the first order. The payment will be on a 100% advance basis, and the buyer will pay the courier charges extra.
