In case the buyer needs any checking of their product, directly or indirectly, they have full right to do the same with prior intimation of 12–15 days in advance.

We do update all our customers one month prior to the exhibition dates wherever we are participating and showcase our new collection.

As these product are 100% handmade and chemically produced so their might be color variation of upto 8 to 10% and weight upto 5 to 7% depending upon the product and piece. Their might be up to 3 pin hole also.

Wish to inform you that there might be a variation of plus or minus 5% in the total quantity, as these are handmade goods.

our production capacity is 1 lakh to 1.25 lakh and our peak season is september to november.

The month of oct and nov will conation a lots of holidays in india due to the festival of diwali. also month of march will also contain holiday due to Eid.

Fashionite will provide you the video for all styles regarding sampling and orders, which has to be followed.

Their will be no possiblity of changes in any product once we startthe production and PP Samples are approved.

Fashionite has joint venture with 4 factory partners. Please let us know prior in advance in case you need any compliance certificate and we will be more than happy to provide.

It is against our company policy to get work done through any child labour or any person below 18 years of age. In fact, we do not allow anyone below 18 years to enter our office.

All buyers are requested to inform Fashionite prior to placing the bulk order so that the 3rd party inspections can be carried out smoothly. This timely notification ensures that our production schedule aligns perfectly with the buyer / 3rd party auditors’ requirements for raw material verification, in-process checks, or final random inspections (FRI).

Once we receive the order, our technical team prepares a detailed style clarification video for each product. The video explains our understanding of the design, confirms the ceramic body, glaze, color, finish, dimensions, and any custom decoration or branding requirements. It is then shared with the customer for final approval before production begins. This process ensures complete alignment and typically takes a minimum of *3 days* after order confirmation for both sampling and bulk production.

Quality without compromise” is our moto. All goods shipped from Fashionite are thoroughly checked and inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare case that the quality is not up to the mark, we will offer 100% credit to buyers against future purchase, or we will 100% remake the goods and send them on a prepaid basis.

All specific retail packaging materials (e.g., branded gift boxes, warranty cards, sleeves, instruction manuals) must be provided by the buyer. In the event the buyer wants Fashionite to develop and source these in India, we require an original reference sample or complete artwork files. In such cases, the actual procurement charges will be added to the final invoice.

Yes. For all our existing customers, Fashionite regularly introduces various promotional offers and seasonal incentives. Please contact us separately via our newsletter channels prior to placing a new order to avail of any current promotions offered by Fashionite.

We Have a Corporate Rate With Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla Situated in the Heart of Delhi, and the Rate Offered to Us Is corporate rate Including Taxes and Breakfast. Regarding the Weather, We Will Be More Than Happy to Update You by Mail Prior to Your Visit.

Fashionite has a fleet of cars and drivers available in the company. We request you to update us with your travel plans and we will be more than happy to arrange the pick-up to and fro from the airport.

Courier and shipment tracking details will be updated to you within 24 hours after dispatching the same from our premises.

Generally, Fashionite takes care of the box marking to ensure smooth customs clearance. Our standard marking includes: the Fashionite address, the buyer address, the box no., the item description (e.g., 24pc Cutlery Set), and the total quantity inside the box. In case the buyer has any special carton marking requirements, please update us a minimum of 15 days prior to the shipment date.

Any original sample from the Fashionite showroom that you like and want to borrow for approximately 7–10 days for review, please feel free to do so. Please note that all courier charges or the courier account used will be on the buyer’s account.

Once the goods are shipped and received by the buyer, we request you to share your valuable feedback with us by email, which will help us improve our future deliveries and rectify existing mistakes.

PI Format

Generally, Fashionite has its own style codes, but in case you would like to create your own style numbers, please update us at the time of placing the order.

Wish to inform you that all official documents created by Fashionite (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Invoice) are duly stamped and signed. In the event that any document received is not signed or stamped, please disregard it.

Pre-production (PP) samples are sent prior to the commencement of bulk production to all customers. Fashionite shares the pictures and videos before dispatching the physical PP samples.

All the samples are dispatched on the buyer’s courier account. In case the buyer does not have a courier account, we can send them through the Fashionite account and the charges will be added as per actuals in the final invoice.

It is our company policy that we charge a one-time extra cost for the sample, which will be refunded against the first order. The payment will be on a 100% advance basis, and the buyer will pay the courier charges extra.
