Purpose of This Website

This Website is intended to showcase our product range and company information, and to allow interested buyers to submit enquiries for wholesale/bulk purchase.

Submitting an enquiry through this Website (including via the “Enquiry Now” form, WhatsApp, phone, or email) does not create a binding order.

An order is only confirmed once Fashionite and the buyer mutually agree on product specifications, pricing, quantity, and payment terms in writing (e.g., via a Proforma Invoice).

Product images and videos shown on the Website represent our actual product range. Since our products are handmade, minor natural variation between the image/sample and the delivered product (in colour, texture, or finish) may occur.

How to Place an Order

  1. Submit an enquiry via the Website, phone, WhatsApp, or email with your product interest and requirements.

  2. Our team will respond with product details, pricing, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applicable to your requirement.

  3. If you require a sample before bulk ordering, samples can be arranged.

  4. Once you confirm specifications and quantity, we will share a Performa Invoice with agreed pricing, payment terms, and estimated delivery timeline.

  5. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • All prices quoted are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation and may change without notice due to raw material, currency, or freight cost fluctuations.

  • MOQ requirements vary by product category and will be communicated at the time of quotation. Orders below MOQ may be considered at our discretion and may carry an additional charge.

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping/freight charges unless stated otherwise.

Samples

  • Buyers may request a sample prior to placing a bulk order.

  • Sample charges and courier costs apply and will be communicated in advance.

  • Sample charges are adjusted/credited against your first confirmed bulk order.

  • Sample lead time is typically communicated at the time of request and may vary by product complexity.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms (advance amount, balance payment, accepted payment methods) will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation and specified in your Performa Invoice.

  • All official documents (Performa Invoice, Packing List, Invoice) issued by Fashionite are signed and stamped for your assurance.

  • Production begins only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated sample and bulk production timelines will be shared with you at order confirmation.

  • These are approximate and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and seasonal factors.

  • Please note that October–November (Diwali) and March (Eid) may involve limited working days in India due to national holidays, which can affect timelines.

  • We will keep you updated on your order status and share courier/shipment tracking details promptly after dispatch.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with import regulations, customs duties, and clearance requirements in their destination country.

Quality Assurance

  • All goods are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet agreed specifications.

  • As our products are handmade, minor natural variation in colour, texture, weight, or finish is normal and is not considered a defect.

  • Buyers who wish to arrange their own quality inspection (or through a third-party agency) may do so with reasonable advance notice to allow us to coordinate.

  • Any specific compliance certificates or testing requirements should be shared with us prior to production so we can accommodate them.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to change specifications or quantity can be accommodated only before bulk production begins.

  • Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or modified, as materials and labor have already been committed.

  • If you wish to cancel before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Any costs already incurred (e.g., sampling, material procurement) may be deducted from any refund.

Claims & After-Sales Support

  • Quality without compromise is our commitment.

  • If you receive goods that do not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us with photos/videos and details within a reasonable time of delivery.

  • Valid claims will be resolved through either a credit toward your next order or a replacement of the affected goods, at our discretion.

  • We welcome your feedback after every order to help us continually improve.
