Once the swatch is approved by the buyer, Fashionite proceeds with the EMBD on the complete piece, and upon receipt of the EMBD approval by picture, we will proceed with the final piece. At any stage, minor alteration is possible, but major alteration once the piece is cut is not possible. We will have to remake the complete piece again.

In case the buyer needs any checking of their product directly or indirectly, they have full right to do the same with prior intimation of 12–15 days in advance.

200 Pcs Per Style Per Colour (We Can Split Into Maximum 2–3 Styles). In Case Anyone Wants To Order Less Quantity, There Will Be An Upcharge Of 25% Of The Total Amount Value.

It Is Always An Ongoing Process. We Develop Approximately 30–50 New Styles On A Monthly Basis And Update Our Customers Through Email.

We Update All Our Customers One Month Prior To The Exhibition Dates Wherever We Are Participating And Showcase Our New Collection.

All Goods Shipped From Fashionite Are Thoroughly Checked And Inspected Before Shipping. In Case The Quality Is Not Up To The Mark, We Will Provide 100% Credit To Buyers Against Future Purchases Or We Will Remake The Goods And Send Them Again On A Prepaid Basis.

We Wish To Inform You That There Might Be A Variation Of Plus Or Minus 5% In The Total Quantity As These Are Hand Made Goods.

Our production capacity is 35,000 pcs per month, and our peak season is Nov–Dec.

October And November Have Many Holidays In India Due To Diwali And Eid Festivals.

Fashionite Will Provide You With Videos For All Styles Regarding Sampling And Orders, Which Need To Be Followed.

After submission of pp sample only minor changes are acceptable like size , increase and decrease of embd with minor alteration – base colour and change in qty is not possible as the goods are already prepared as we will not start csf till comments will not received from buyer end.

For Shawls and Scarfs, we offer two distinct measurement protocols to ensure complete precision. The Table Measurement (Flat) focuses on technical accuracy, measuring total length, width consistency at three points, and fringe details to ensure the product matches the CAD specifications exactly. Alternatively, the Dummy Measurement (Drape) evaluates the aesthetic fall and “hand-feel” of the fabric, ensuring motifs and borders are perfectly positioned when worn. Please confirm your preferred method so we can maintain a consistent standard from sampling through bulk dispatch

It is against our company policy to employ child labour or any person below 18 years of age. In fact, we do not allow anyone under 18 years to enter our office premises.

In Case The Buyer Has Any Requirement For Testing Parameters, They Need To Inform Us In Advance So That We Can Follow The Same Before Starting The Order And Avoid Any Miscommunication At A Later Stage.

All Buyers Are Requested To Inform Fashionite Prior To Placing The Order So That Third-Party Inspections Can Be Carried Out Smoothly As Per Buyer Or Third-Party Requirements.

All Piece Made At Fashionite Are Handmade And Delicate In Nature. Therefore, We Provide An Extra Pouch Containing Raw Materials Such As Sequins, Beads, And Buttons With Each Piece To Avoid Any Inconvenience To The Final User.

Once We Receive the Order, We Will Make a Video for Each Style Based on What We Have Understood and Will Send It Back to the Customer for Approval so That We Are 100% on the Same Track – This Process Will Take a Minimum of 3 Days After Receipt of the Order for Bulk / Sampling.

All Goods Shipped From Fashionite Are Thoroughly Checked And Inspected Before Shipping. In Case The Quality Is Not Up To The Mark, We Will Provide 100% Credit To Buyers Against Future Purchases Or We Will 100% Remake The Goods And Send Them Again On A Prepaid Basis.

All trims (washcare, size labels, tags) will be provided by the buyer. If development is required in India, samples must be provided by the buyer, and actual charges will be added to the final invoice.

Upon Receipt Of The Order, Fashionite Will Share An Excel Format Along With Pictures Of The Ordered Styles, Stating The Composition Of Upper And Lining Fabrics.

We Have a Corporate Rate With Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla Situated in the Heart of Delhi, and the Rate Offered to Us Is Approx. We are offered corporate rate Including Taxes and Breakfast. Regarding the Weather, We Will Be More Than Happy to Update You by Mail Prior to Your Visit.

Fashionite Has A Fleet Of Cars And Drivers Available Within The Company. We Request You To Share Your Travel Plans In Advance, And We Will Be More Than Happy To Arrange Pick-Up And Drop Services To And From The Airport.

Courier And Shipment Tracking Details Will Be Updated To You Within 24 Hours After Dispatch From Our Premises.

Generally, We Take Care Of The Box Marking. The Details Mentioned On The Box Include Fashionite Address, Buyer Address, Box Number, Item Description, And Quantity Inside The Box. In Case You Require Any Special Marking, Please Inform Us At Least 15 Days Prior To Shipment.

If You Like Any Original Sample From The Fashionite Showroom And Wish To Borrow It For Approximately 7–10 Days, Please Feel Free To Do So. Kindly Note That The Courier Charges Or Courier Account Used Will Be On The Buyer’s Account.

Once The Goods Are Shipped And Received By The Buyer, We Request You To Share Your Valuable Feedback With Us By Email. This Will Help Us Improve Our Future Deliveries And Correct Any Existing Mistakes.

Our PI format is uploaded in the Attached link. In case you have your own PI format, please do share it to enable us to forward the PI accordingly. Also, if you would like us to prepare it in your preferred language, kindly inform us in advance.

Generally, Fashionite Has Its Own Style Codes. However, In Case You Would Like To Create Your Own Style Numbers, Please Update Us At The Time Of Placing The Order.

We Wish To Inform You That All Documents Created By Fashionite Are Duly Signed And Stamped. In Case Any Document Is Not Signed And Stamped, Please Disregard The Same.

We Also Wish To Inform You That We Have Only One Banker For All Inward Payments, I.E. IDFC Bank, Rajouri Garden Branch, India. In Case You Transfer Funds To Any Other Account, Fashionite Will Not Be Responsible For The Same.

PP Samples Are Sent To Customers Prior To Bulk Production. Fashionite Shares Pictures Before Dispatching The PP Samples, And Once The PP Samples Are Dispatched, They Include The Spec Sheet Of The Ordered Piece.

All Samples Are Dispatched Through The Buyer’s Courier Account. In Case The Buyer Does Not Have A Courier Account, We Can Send The Samples Through Fashionite’s Account, And The Actual Charges Will Be Added To The Final Invoice.

It is our company policy to charge a one-time extra cost for samples, which will be refunded against the first order. The sample payment will be on a 100% advance basis, and courier charges will be borne by the buyer separately.
